The room was fairly quiet with central heating and multi-channel TV.

I booked a single room and was put into an appartment for the same price. Really nice. Ideal set up for longer business stays. Food nice and excellent price, hotel guests have a 20% discount on meals.

The hotel's central location in Slovakia's charming town is a bonus for exploring. the room was clean and efficient, with a new bathroom and good Wi-Fi. the mall next door made it convenient to stock up on supplies, and the gated parking area provided peace of mind. the staff went above and beyond by even providing fresh towels during my short stay.

Hotel slovakia, zilina, must be the worst hotel we had since arriving in eastern europe 2 weeks ago. The staff was unfriendly and unsmiling. Requested for a map and we were asked to refer to the one pasted on the wall! The room was smelly with stained, dirty carpet, the lift looked 100 years-old, the wifi was not accessible on the night we checked in and the breakfast was lousy. A real-life nightmare.

The hotel offers the perfect blend of retro charm and basic functionality! The rooms may feel like a time machine, but they are clean and the breakfast is OK. Just don't expect any fancy amenities or a reasonable table to work on.
